At A&J, we know it doesn't have to be in this way. Our PRINT-RITE PRO-ECO products are based on the simple concept of re-manufacturing. We re-assemble cartridges from used OEM laser and inkjet printers, by refilling them with toner or ink and replacing defective parts with new components.
Each step of the process is placed under the most stringent quality control inspections and the most rigorous quality controls. The result is a line of top-quality products that deliver premium performance at a lower cost than "proprietary" brands and also help protect our environment.
The PRINT-RITE PRO-ECO Performance Promise
At A&J, we offer more than a mere guarantee. Our PRINT-RITE PRO-ECO products come with a performance promise which goes well beyond regular warranties. Every item in the PRINT-RITE PRO-ECO series is 100 per cent compatible with the printer for which it is designed and will provide optimum printing performance under normal operating conditions.
However, in the unlikely event that a defective cartridge is found, our authorized distributors will replace it free-of-charge.* Moreover, in the even more unlikely event of a defective cartridge causing actual damage to a customer's machine, A&J will reimburse the customer for the reasonable cost of service and repair of the printer.**

** This limited warranty only applies to purchases made in Hong Kong and Macao. It is subject to customer's prompt action in providing A&J with satisfactory written evidence which shall include a statement issued by a recognized repair service company with letterhead, dated and signature stating that condition was due to a defect in the cartridge.
Remanufactured Toner and Inkjet Cartridges
Re-manufactured toner and inkjet cartridges are designed to operate in more than 200 printer models, including machines produced under the brand names of HP, Brother, Samsung, Canon, Panasonic, Lexmark and Fuji Xerox. Every PRINT-RITE PRO-ECO toner cartridge contains a brand new OPC drum as well as a fresh supply of toner. Together with our unique reconstruction technology and combo-rebuild architecture, this ensures that every cartridge is re-manufactured to perform perfectly
Excellent Standards of Printing
In tests conducted by the Hong Kong Standards and Testing Centre (HKSTC), it has been demonstrated that PRINT-RITE PRO-ECO toner cartridges consistently deliver as high a level of performance as their OEM counterparts. In other words, PRINT-RITE PRO-ECO cartridges produce printing results that were indistinguishable from those of OEM products.
Our Quality Guarantee
Every PRINT-RITE remanufactured cartridge is post-production tested. Our cartridges are produced with our proprietary ink formula and 0.2 micro filtering technology. The cartridges give sharp, vivid and long-lasting color which are just as good as, if not better than, those produced by OEM cartridges.
